INGREDIENTS
2 lb bag Peeled and Deveined Newport Shrimp – Buy Now! ¼ lb Asparagus cut in 2 inch lengths ¼ lb Fresh Snow Peas 1 Red Bell Pepper cut into strips 4 Sundried Tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp Garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped 1 lb hot cooked Linguini 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Shredded Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a skillet, sauté shrimp in oil for 1 minute.
Add vegetables and garlic. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes.
When shrimp is done, toss in linguini and basil.
Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
