About Us

WE ARE A GREAT PLACE TO BUY YOUR SHRIMP

We are an indoor seafood farm that uses biosecurity measures to produce premium quality, healthy, sustainable shrimp; and ensures every stage of its production is traceable

Our shrimp product line, Concordia Shrimp, represents our commitment to producing the highest quality shrimp for our local community and the world beyond.

We use Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) technology to constantly recirculate, filter and oxygenate the water in the shrimp grow-out tanks. And we do not use any antibiotics in the grow-out; nor any sulfites in the processing of our shrimp. There is therefore minimal waste or impact to the environment.


We implement 24/7 real-time monitoring capabilities and data analytics, to ensure the safety and health of our shrimp.


We procure safe shrimp feed locally; and plan to produce our own feed in the future.

With our biosecurity measures and quality monitoring systems, our shrimp are raised in safe, healthy environment and are always fresh.

TRACEABILITY

Our shrimp is fully traceable since their inception. We use innovative technologies, auditing/reporting tools  to assume full accounting and transparent responsibility to our customers.

CONCORDIA SHRIMP

   Pacific Whiteleg Shrimp

   (aka Litopenaeus Vannamei)

 

  • Harvesting begins after 120 days.

  • It can grow to about 9 inches

  • It's creamy white, firm, sweet and mild.

   Black Tiger Shrimp

   (aka Penaeus Monodon)

  • Harvesting begins after 60 days

  • Harvest size: 9-11 inches.

  • Firm texture & classic shrimp flavor

CONCORDIA SHRIMP CARE

  • We procure safe local feed that provides complete nutrition

  • The local feed also controls for bacterial growth

  • No drugs or antibiotics are introduced to our shrimp

  • Neither are our shrimp injected with any hormones
